Hard Rock Music

One of my favorite Hendrix songs.

One of the songs acid freaks liked,, I never liked drugs including pot, I did like alcohol though, I saved a pretty good bit of hippies who ODed on the stuff.

 

And then there's always Jimi's Voodoo Child (Slight return).
This one's live in Maui, 1970.

 

Jenna lots of my friends liked Jimi, but I never really liked his songs. But I will listen to him sometimes.

 

Ah, I understand. He's not to everyone's taste.

I'd just listen to what I want to hear.

 

I wasn't complaining, just saying why I didn't put up a song of his again, which many times is customary on music threads. Of course, put up whatever you want, and I enjoy most of your songs, we seem to like most of the same kinds of rock.

 

Ahhh, Donovan. This isn't Hard Rock; I'd guess it's folk music(?), but it's so gorgeous — Catch the Wind. He was cute and poetic, too. Just the thing for this (at the time) impressionable young college girl. LOL!
