After the Wisconsin Supreme Court declared that at least 40,000 votes had been illegally obtained in the 2020 Presidential election, Wisconsin voters banned the use of so-called "Zuckerbucks" within the state. Private money, especially form outside the state, cannot be used to fund ballot harvesting and such things in Wisconsin. Unusual to see a swing state take such drastic measures, but it is a good sign for the future.
It may go the Federal route, but it has already gone to the highest court in Wisconsin. I think the SCOTUS has trouble messing with state constitutions, but they may still do it.
