I heard one commentator refer to the MSM and the politicians as "The Priestly Class" since they seem to demand popular thought align with what they dictate. I thought it was good insight as we are being denounced as heretics if we don't follow the Woke Transgender narrative. What do you think?
Good morning to all- Mr. Alaska- I do believe you are right when you say that politicians- all politicians whatever their colors-red/blue/green- seem to want the rest of the world to fall in with their own thoughts and beliefs. Most politicians start from a position of "I know better than anyone else how things should be done." Some politicians are worse than others- and we've got some bad ones running around loose right now, but they're all bear a lot of watching. I don't like any politician I have ever met- none of them. And with all respect, the term "woke" is meaningless- means nothing. It's an invented term which can be applied to anyone and anything that certain politicians disagree with. I prefer more specific and meaningful terms. you all be safe and keep well- Ed
Few of you have probably seen the TV series Gotham which is a little bit for Batman what the Smallville series was for Superman. Of course the story is a lot grittier, being set in Gotham in the times between Thomas and Martha Wayne being murdered... through Bruce Wayne's life before he took up the mantle once he matured. The story is really more Jim Gordon's origin story in many ways. Corruption, sleaze, crooked politics galore. And behind it all lay a cabal of puppeteers. Don't worry about caped spandex and primary colors here, even the extreme villains don't go there over the period the series covers.
I submit that it isn’t only the movement of Woke transgenderism that the politicians or rather, the ersatz Pontiff’s are pushing to be for the good of all. To be sure, a major cult has arisen in which the congregants bow down to the new god named “Progressive” whose only commandments are to create divisiveness and acrimony in order to defeat an established moral and ethical majority. To them, to deny oneself the pleasures of unscientific fantasies, debauchery and ill-support of those who prey on the weak minded is indeed a heretical stance to take. Shortened somewhat, along with 4 or 5 other names I have become accustomed to being called, heretic is just another one I’ll be glad to add to the list because I will not fall down to their new god nor will I practice those things that are pleasing to it.
I can understand why the left would want to run away from that since it's being revealed for the nonsense it is. It is interesting, though, that they are only running away from the terminology, not the nonsense that the terminology describes. I guess that follows since the left hates to be called racist and antisemitic, yet they hold onto their racist and antisemitic positions. They don't mind holding these positions, but they hate the labels that come with them.
I had never considered that. They do, however, consider themselves to be above everyone else. Even when they're spouting the craziest nonsense, they expect us to go along with it because it comes from them. Sadly, a lot of people do go along with it, considering anyone with a microphone or a printing press to be smarter than they are.
The need for a priestly class goes back into antiquity. People sacrificed themselves, their daughters, and their sons to gods on the orders of the priestly class in ancient times. Maybe we will reach that level again among the believers in the great god Progressivism.
I shall not post videos of people shoving their frightened toddlers into the arms of Transvestites. We are already there.
I just can't agree with this more, well said and thought out truth. We should have a "best of" posts/replies ever board just for reading, can't reply to them.
I was just reading something interesting on Twitter about this, this morning. The entertainment industry has a regulation for truth in advertising, and people are talking about requesting information about which entertainers are actually transgender, and being shown as the opposite sex on television and in movies. They can be sued for mis-representation if they are portraying a male as a female without disclosing this (and vise-versa for females portrayed as males), and would then have to state that the actor , singer, or television host was actually being portrayed as the opposite gender. People would be shocked when they find out that some of the female singers being admired strutting around almost naked are actually men dressed as women.
I'm surprised how many in Hollywood are actually for the priestly-class?? I think we need to fight, in whatever way we can. At least we can say we made the effort. The thing I want most right now is to be able to escape to a Red State (not perfect I know) and be able to live out my days amongst more of my own kind. Every day I have more empathy for our Native Americans, other 3rd world countries, and I never forget Israel

Yes indeed. They sign on to women’s rights but deny them the right to privacy when a deranged male pretending to be a female enters a women’s locker room or restroom. Just a query: How will the pontificators of all things just, react to a vote screener who rejects the voting rights of a man pretending to be a women but presenting an ID that says “male” on it? I mean, if shim insists that he is a woman then the ID must also validate that statement both with the picture and description. Personally, I would LOVE to be that vote screener at the polls. I can see me giving the ID back and demanding that the voter go get the male that belongs with the card. Or better, keep the card and then tell the confused person to go get the male that belongs to the card.
These numbers are probably true coming from UCLA of all places! Of course LA is huge so taking that into consideration, but 81% of transgenders think about committing suicide, and it shows 41% have attempted it. Not sure how many succeeded. This just goes to show the State of mind, and the mental health issue of all of this "man wanting to be a woman" and "woman wanting to be a man".
