Nope, this war will be much different, in part because we are so spoiled. What will happen to the U.S. economy if Russia and China simply shut down the internet? Banks won't be able to talk with each other or transfer funds, peoples' bills will not be paid and utilities and mortgage companies will not even know if they have been paid. If, as I suspect, the Russians are preparing to take down a significant number of satellites, everything based on GPS such as weaponry, surveillance, air travel, and your little navigators on your phones, as well as the phones themselves will become unusable. Even the Teslas and other electric cars won't run, as they require GPS to function. The West has now seized more Russian assets to finance the Ukraine war and Third World countries and others are pulling their gold and other assets out of the Western economic system to protect them from seizure. I don't think Russia will even need nuclear weapons, but they have many more than we do in any case.
I have noticed my laptop is having problems lately. Whatever any of them do including our own tyrants, nothing we can do about it. Sad,huh?

I am beginning to believe that the Elites and the ultra wealthy who are building bunkers are not doing so to avoid radiation, but to avoid the civil unrest that appears to be on the horizon. They want to protect themselves from US.
