Whatever country you're from, what is your biggest frustration with your government? There's no right or wrong answer to this, and little point in arguing with anyone's answer. In other words, don't turn this into just another generic political argue-fest.
The never-ending spending of money that we don't have. The day is coming soon when the house of cards is going to collapse.
They spend too much time on minor issues and turn a blind eye to the things which are destroying the country.
Government "frustration", as in too much spending? Well, our government does seem to like to give a lot of money to other countries, but there are reasons for that. A lot of things in America that aren't taken care of, but don't know if that's our government's fault or how the money that is spent on America is really spent. IOW, who gets the money and really "where does it go to help". A city government can pay to fix up a nice park, but whomever just messes it up again. Money well spent, but, sometimes, people just don't take care of what the money was spent on.
How do these people get into office? Why did the citizens allow it to get this far? Americans started kissing too many assess and kicking too few. Sacrificed our children's future on the altar of self-loathing and fear of " offending somebody. Imagine how far the illegals invaders and BLM would have got looting protesting and killing with our grandparents. Our toddlers being molested right in front of their insane mothers in public library's, little 6 yr old boys 'tweaking' for grown homosexual's. I could go on but why?
Good evening to all- I have absolutely no frustration with the government of the USA at all. It's a perfectly effective government. The frustration comes from the people who somehow get elected and then use their position to further their own personal/political/financial situation. Those elected officials who use their positions of power to tell people what they can/can't do, suck up to big money lobbies, and turn common people into enemies with their vile words- these are the causes of frustration- not the government system. As always, it's the people involved that are the problem. you all be safe and keep well- Ed
Like @Ed Marsh, my frustration with the government boils down to frustration with the politicians in office. That has been covered already. If I had to pick something I don't like about the government itself, I suppose it would be the electoral college system. The way the Senate is formed allows the minority to be heard in legislative matters. And don't get me started on the Senate filibuster (under its current rules). It should at least go back to a "talking" filibuster. But that too is something the politicians in charge could change if they wanted to.
It doesn't matter how I vote because moneyed interests will buy the government they want. I look enviously at other developed countries who take care of their people first.
