I looked through her last few posts and everything seemed okay. She gave me her email address a while back in case the forum goes down again; so I have written to her to see if she is okay and just busy or something. Will report back when I get an answer.
I heard back from Shirley, and she is fine, so we can stop worrying about her being sick or something. She said she is just taking a little break and will be back soon, and I let her know we all miss her.
After my last fall, Beth, I've been taking it easy as I have a pinched nerve in my spine and the pain is horrid. However, I have a medium sized mass on my right lung that has to be taken care of first. Then, I believe I'll have to have an epidural. So, if I am not on here for awhile, fear not.
Hey there sweet lady. I'm so sorry to hear of the pinched nerve (OUCH) and the mass in your lung. Sending you positive thoughts and many cyber-hugs. Let us know about your treatment; I'll be thinking of you.
@Lois Winters, I am so sorry to hear that. We have missed you, although your absence is surely understandable.
Lois checks in occasionally but she hasn't been feeling great. Shirley is taking a break but hopefully she'll come back soon. No news on Tex that I'm aware of.
Given the problems we've had here recently, I couldn't blame anyone for deciding it wasn't worth bothering with, at least until things are running right. Some members might have become frustrated with the Resource errors.
I am about to take my post prandial nap, but I thought I'd check in first. Beth will hear more from me a bit later. I am still working on what to do about the nodes I have on my lungs. I may ultimately need radiation once again. I'll know more in a couple of weeks. I do have a fractured L-1 on my spine, 4 areas of stenosis, and a red hot sciatic nerve. My right rotator cuff has begun to act up. Aside from these pesky irritants, all is well. Later. Keep the faith, friends.
Putting a like because it is good to hear from you, @Lois Winters , and an OMG for what you are having to go through right now ! Sending you a (soft) hug, and prayers that the doctors get things doing better for you soon.
