We got some fresh peaches from the bulk foods people a week ago (shared the box with my son and his wife), so I have been having fresh peaches with FAGE yogurt, cinnamon, and topped with granola.
We also shared a box of cherries, so cherries have been my evening snack mostly. Fresh fruit is so awesome !

I am still enjoying the fresh fruit and yogurt with granola topping for breakfast, but the mornings are getting chillier here; so I have been thinking that it will not be too much longer before a hot breakfast is going to sound better than a cold one in the mornings.
I ordered more of the Bob’s Red Mill extra thick rolled oats for fall breakfasts, and will probably get some bulk apples to have cooked apples in the oatmeal, also with some seeds.
We may still have a few swimming pool days left, but that is coming to an end now, too, as the nights are cooler and the pool is cold.

Its becoming harder to find here. We have switched to Greenfields. -Lower salt and price, but still tasty.
I just discovered today along with not being able to buy Blue Bell ice cream here- they do not carry Mrs Baird bread of any kind !
And. Walmart is constantly - once again not carrying food items we and others like. It is the Pits.
Owens sausage is a very hard item to get here also.

I made lentil fiber bread this morning, so for brunch, I had salad and lentil bread, and a little more with orange marmalade for dessert. Bobby had some, and even Poodle and the feral cats had to try it, so it was pretty much a successful breakfast.
It has flax, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, psyllium husks, and several spices; besides the lentils (which I sprouted for a day before using); so there is a lot of good protein and fiber in the bread.
I am thinking maybe a breakfast bread with raisins and some bits of fruit like apples, with cinnamon next time.
