Streaming on CW the series Wild Cards. New to me actors. Comedy drama. I enjoyed the first episode so I'm going to stick with it.
I ain't watch'en nothing- busy as usual He again is watching re runs of New Tricks. It is a very good show though
We just finished watching UNFROSTED on Netflix, a Jerry Seinfeld movie. It's tale about the rival between Post and Kellogg cereals set in the 60's. It was so silly but it made us laugh! I enjoyed the stroll through the1960's.
I pray no one here misses out on seeing this movie. It totally changed my opinion on movies coming out these days. On top of it being the best movie I've "maybe" ever seen, it's also based on a true story. Free with Amazon Prime, but I noticed it's also on Youtube, and most of their movies are about $3.49: I'll just put the title, and I hope you will "not" watch a trailer, or read anything about it, just don't miss it, and don't let the title deter you It's called a drama-comedy. The Burial
Just finished watching G.I. Jane (1997) with Demi Moore. Her character goes through SEAL training which is tough enough without dealing with gender issues. I did a Google search to see if any woman became a SEAL. None did although some completed the training.
Suffragette, about the struggles women went through to get to vote in England. It would be more enjoyable if I could understand what the heck they were saying in their thick British accent. I should have turned on the subtitles.
Water World w/ Kevin Costner. He has so many struggles making it but I think it is a good old fun movie.
Where the Crawdads Sing …..on Netflix It was a longish movie being just over 2 hours but we both really enjoyed it …
I don't if this film is or was shown in the USA, but I am now watching Maxima. In my opinion, the story of the wife of the King of the Netherlands was very well filmed.
