I worked in a pharmacy as a clerk for a month. Many customers were trans. I couldn't believe how many Rx drugs they were getting. I'm sure they would have an effect on their mental health; they had to take a variety of hormones.
Another shooting- this time in Kentucky = shooter not caught All shooters should be shot on site- and or executed promptly ! Sick of this! I cringe a GS of mine is an officer also..its sickening.
Publicizing the shootings is bad news. Local reporting is one thing, but nobody should be the national hero of the Left for shooting at a school (gun-free zone, by the way, so no guns will be there as it is illegal). Access to firearms is NOT the problem. We had far greater access to guns when I was young. You could buy guns through the mail and there was no age limit, at least not where I lived, on who could buy a gun. Now there are restrictions and age limits, and all guns have to go through a FFL and there are school shootings every few months. Putting our kids on drugs and removing religion form schools might be part of the problem. THAT is what has changed. Access to firearms has actually gotten much more restricted.
True story. Early this afternoon a state trooper was sitting in a marked patrol car in the center median of a busy highway in my state observing traffic. A passing driver fired several shots at the trooper hitting him once. The driver pulled off, got out of his car and continued firing at the trooper. The trooper got out of his patrol car and returned fire. The trooper had better gun control and the criminal is dead. He will not fire at another state trooper.
I think it was in Colorado,, if it was the same one I read about on X, @Don Alaska .I have also been reading that the Venezuelan gang members are out to shoot and kill police and any law enforcement, so it might turn out that the shooter was one of the gang members that the Biden/Harris government is letting over the borders.
I wonder if the upswing in gang activity will be enough to switch Colorado into the Trump column? Probably not, as many there are pretty dense, but I have heard police officials interviewed there who said that the gang that took over the apartment complex were people who had been stopped at the border then released by the Biden-Harris Administration.
Yvonne, the guy who shot at the state trooper had finally been identified. This is what I posted about in post #19. I was curious about this person being an illegal alien and gang member too but apparently he's just one our usual criminals. I hope someone finds out and reports what had him mad enough to shoot at a state trooper on a public highway. At least he won't shoot at anyone else. Victor Anthony De Santiago, 32, of Thornton, was identified as the man who began shooting at a Colorado State Patrol Trooper on Saturday at about 1:18 p.m., just west of Federal Boulevard. After Packard said that the suspect was believed to be a Hispanic male, questions began to swirl online about De Santiago’s country of origin. CSP said in a release that De Santiago is a U.S. citizen who was born in California, but has a long-term residency in Colorado. The agency also said De Santiago has “an extensive Colorado criminal history, beginning as a juvenile.” According to the Colorado Courts online records, De Santiago has had an adult criminal record in Colorado since 2015, when he was arrested in Weld County for drug-related charges. Court records show that in that case, he pleaded guilty to one drug misdemeanor charge and was sentenced to 184 days in jail. https://kdvr.com/news/local/suspect-identified-in-deadly-csp-shooting-on-us-36-that-injured-trooper/
