There will be a lot of misdirection information going on as always happens in war. Here is an analysis of how the pagers were lit off as well as assassinations by Mossad or others.
What if the EVs the Chinese are shipping to EU and US are as funny as certain pagers? Great last question here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Igq0yQNYdSo
Some are now questioning the idea that explosives were placed inside these pagers and radios, solar systems and EVs since the pagers and radios were at least partially shipped beginning in 2022, long before October 7 happened. How would the Israelis know these would be needed, and, more importantly, how would they know they would be stored in a a safe way and that nothing would cause them to explode earlier than planned. The conspiracy folks are saying that this information was supposedly leaked by 3 anonymous American officials to the New York Times and have not been confirmed by any other sources. It could just be a giant disinformation campaign to keep people from fearing their electronic devices. There are now some trying to place the blame on China where the batteries originated. Of course, I have suspected the October 7th incidents from the start. How could an intelligence agency who can look inside Hezbollah and Iranian bunkers and who knows what else not know what was happening on their own borders? It just seems to be the height of incompetence, and , as far as I know, there are no U.S. Secret Service Agents working for the Mossad. It appears to me that this may have all been planned far in advance by Israel perhaps to resolve threats on their borders and keep Netanyahu in office. Iran, the U.S., Hamas, and even the Houthis may all be being manipulated by the most sophisticated intelligence service in the world.
Exactly. With so many people involved and multiple fronts, it seemed very strange that Israel would have been so taken by surprise.
Certainly there are all kinds of people who think all kinds of things. Perhaps it wasn't Israel at all. Perhaps middle eastern terrorists have other enemies. Perhaps the terrorist leaders that are falling like flies are not being hit by Israel. Perhaps it's their mysterious enemy that isn't Israel. Perhaps your I-phone will blow up the next time you order pizza. Perhaps not. Perhaps there are 3 current American officials and The NY Times that Israel trusts enough to tell them any secrets but I seriously doubt it. Not perhaps, for sure, many Americans see Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis and Israel as the same. I will mention again that Israel is a first line of defense between Iran and America.
I am a "Trust but Verify" guy with regard to Israel or any other ally. I just think Israel started this war assuming the U.S. would cover for them. Now Netanyahu isn't quite as sure as he was, but I believe he got assurances from Biden or whoever is making decisions that we would back them up if Iran got involved. I think America is the defender of Israel rather than the other way around though. Israel just doesn't have the population to take on Iran alone. I still kinda resent Israel for opening America to the Dual Citizenship thing. The oath naturalized citizens take still says they have to forsake allegiances to other countries, but dual citizenship negates that part of the oath. It is a bit like Progressives taking the oath to "protect and defend the Constitution of the United States" when they, in fact, have no intention whatever of doing so.
Israel did not start this war. Once more, there was peace at sundown on October 6th and war at sunrise on October 7. Unless you believe that Israel attacked their own people in that settlement that night they did not start the war. Netanyahu got good support from Trump and knows he would not get it from Biden or Democrats and will not get it from Harris. If Netanyahu wanted to start a war I do not believe he would have done so while Biden was in office. Netanyahu knows that Biden and the Democrat Party depend on both the Jewish vote and the Muslim vote and it's all the same to Biden. He has no loyalty to either group, just as he has no loyalty to his own country. Israel has never had the population to take on the terrorist Middle East either but they seem to find ways that doesn't involve the size of the population. Thanks for making your position on Israel clear.
I am not anti-Israel @Vada Bloom but Netanyahu is not really popular in Israel either. It is said he will lose his position and may land in jail when the war ends. If you have seen the crowds demonstrating against him.
When you live in a tough neighborhood you need a hard ass for a leader. The anti-Netanyahu Israelites remind me of the anti-Trump Republicans. They likely will vote Netanyahu out and vote in a weakling like Joe Biden. When they do they will pay a much greater price for their stupidity. The pictures you posted remind me of the anti-semetic crowds on our college campuses. They hate Netanyahu too.
I don't think Winston Churchill was a wimp either What I don't like hearing, as a christian, is that christians are wimps and won't stand up and fight, and omg, heaven forbid we say anything inappropriate, or "not" politically correct. We need strong leaders, and give me real men to do that job Sorry threw that last line in since I heard it recently, oh, and most of the christians I know vote so I don't know who participated in that poll that said christians don't vote Bullshit, some of my church is working down at the Republican Party headquarters, and I know that because I was down there and will be down there again on that upcoming Tuesday in November that will decide what our next 4 years may be like.
Being a real leader, especially an amazingly great leader, will always be up against this. People are so wishy washy, bow down and worship someone, then turn around and throw them to the wolves. The media loves to crucify good people, and anymore, it's the bad-guys people start feeling sorry for. Just like the illegals taking over parts of America. Telling people to make up their minds, and then stick to it til the job is done is evidently a thing of the past.
It isn't just the protests. Netanyahu is under indictment as well. Of course, parallels can be drawn to Trump also, but it is hard to get the real story form so far away. Israel has the problem that many, if not most, of their population are dual citizens, so if push comes to shove, they just walk or fly to their other country. THAT is one big problem with dual citizenship.
Iran opened up on Israel this morning. Israel is reporting no deaths from the missiles, but back-channel sources are saying that Israel only reports civilian casualties, and most, if not all, of the Iranian missiles were sent against military bases. There are reports of a number of hits on the military infrastructure of Israel. That will not be reported due top heavy censorship by Israel and the fact they do not make public military casualties. Everybody now may have the Mideast war they wanted, so we will see how Israel responds. They may use the "string" of bunker busters like they did against Nasrallah. Everybody fill their gas tanks as oil prices have now begun to rise.
It is now apparent that most of the Iranian missiles got through the Israeli and U.S. missile defenses. The information has made it out despite heavy censorship by Israel. Apparently Iran did not put large warheads on the missiles as the attack was made to demonstrate what they can do. The Iranians notified Russia and the U.S. of what they were going to do, so that people could be moved away from the targets. Only 2 hours warning was given, so assets may have been destroyed anyway. The U.S. reportedly fired 15 (or 50, I couldn't understand the U.S. spokesman) and did not hit a single missile. Israel may have hit some, but they then fell into more populated areas of Israel since they incoming missiles were traveling at such high speeds. The Western powers have changed their tune on supporting Israel now that they have seen what Iran can do. Also, as an aside, the oiler that was supplying the U.S, fleet in the area has run aground and was damaged, so the Roosevelt has to save the jet fuel it has on board for its own defense until another oiler can be found. The carrier itself can run for years, but the jets and many of the ships defending the carrier require oil to operate. The same missiles Iran used are also available to Russia should Putin opt to use them against NATO or Ukraine. I don't know much about this guy, but he seems to be well versed in history and military policy. He is based on The Isle of Man, so @Tom Galty may know him.
