How To Pick Out A Really Good Set Of Binoculars

    If your IPD is not smaller than 56mm, I have no idea what could cause you to get a "shadow" effect. You might want to go to a sporting goods store and try some out if that measurement is not the answer.

    Same here. I guess it's a combination of fewer folks into those activities plus the internet.

    I finally found a video that actually shows my issue with the shadows. I have get a pair that I can unscrew a bit to distance my eyes from the eyepiece!! Here's the video, and it is all about eye-relief according to this guy ;)
    If it doesn't start are the right "time", go to .39 and you'll be able to see exactly my issue ;)
