Hi Cody, would you let me know where you read this article as I want to share it, but not without citing the source, on X. This needs to be nipped in the bud and I will do everything I can to get these illegals out of America. Even if it's just online "sharing".

Thanks much, denise PS just to be clear, I totally believe it's true this is beginning, this disrespecting "we the people" that have spoken. The sanctuary cities will be no more, and people that want cheap labor, they won't even pay a minimum wage to a citizen, need to do the work themselves. I'm sure Holly'weird is afraid of losing their "slaves", but illegal immigration is ending.

We need to back President Trump, and we cannot stop fighting. We've won the battle of getting him elected, but far from winning the "war".

The first thing I seen this morning, after opening my internet page, is a picture/article about how some 2,500 immigrants (Mexican and other countries) are continuing their walking journey (march) towards the border of Mexico and the United States. They don't care what Trump is saying, they are just going to try and get in.

Guess Trump can't do anything about this until he is actually in the WH, so does that mean that more and more immigrants will keep coming and trying to get into America??

It's just not just the "deportation" Trump states he will do, what about all of the immigrants headed this way before he even sits down in the WH in January?

Nothing new really, this has been going on for last 4 years. To a smaller extent many decades.
Like Eisenhower who had such a problem he did a huge [for the times and population at the time} deportation of them in the mid 1950s, known as," Operation Wetback". But the American's were so used to others doing their hard work for them plus corporations both foreign and local wanting cheap labor, the leaders just let them back in.
We started to lose this nation in the early 1900s, and it has continued to decline ever since. Although we did have short periods of sovereignty, none lasted long enough to make a difference.

morning Cody, I don't know how all this works, but as far as I know, Trump can't sign anything (orders, etc.) until he is sworn in. If I'm remembering right, obama did some major damage to America, after releasing prisoners. I think we'll see kamala, or who the hell ever is the "head of the Snake", doing as much damage as they can because it's the people of America they hate. They lie about that, but in hating, and disrespecting our winning votes, they only care about themselves first, and possibly those who they can con into voting for them.

When Trump says day 1, he means when he is sworn in. I could be wrong in how much power a president elect can have, maybe someone else will speak up here.

Every 4 to 8 years is like musical chairs game. We changed leadership but most of the 'change; is negative. IOWs nothing really changers for the better and America looks less and less like America.
I do have a little hope about Trump while at the same time fear for his survival.
I look at the streets of America in the 1950s, then look at them today.
Facts are facts and no matter how much we deny or simplify, the truth is our nation is in decline spiritually, socially and culturally.

Such a decline is predictable when even the least among us live lives better than royalty of not that long ago, and it's still not "enough" because in many cases we've not sacrificed for it. We are spoiled. I think in many ways we do it to ourselves, wanting ourselves and our children to "have better," and defining "better" in material terms.

But that's the cycle. People pray for help when they are destitute, and forget to be grateful when the crisis is over. There are no atheists in foxholes, and the culture takes over when the war is over. It's interesting that folks wonder why God has yet to intervene, as though He will appear on Thanksgiving and everything will be better by New Years. If I recall correctly, His remedy is to have us wander the desert (in one metaphorical way or another) for 2 generations until the arrogance is totally flushed out. We're better off trying to correct ourselves before that happens.

I agree. Although I don't see much correction happening. We want a hero to save us from ourselves.
In 2008 the truck drivers were complaining about the dangers on the highways of Mexican truckers losing parts and retreads flying down the road causing accidents.
So they got together online with ALIPAC and NumbersUSA. and formed a convoy to Mexican border to stop the flow of illegal dangerous drivers and ask Americans to participate, meet them at the border.
The members of these two sites all across America decided to help, had protest on our streets and rallys in town Squares.
They were to fly a small flag on the front of their trucks. Guess who didn't show up and why? Truckers decided their security was more important than their freedom to travel safely.
Trucking companies told them the first flag they saw on the truck they would lose their job.
Instead of protesting the illegals and striking the damn COMPANYS, they obeyed. We saw 1 truck with a flag heading to the border, that's when I knew the only thing the men in this nation will fight over a KNEE BENDING jock at a ball game or NASCAR.See them fighting in stadiums all the time over their favorite player.

But is that a fair assessment? Maybe they have families to feed and could not afford to lose their jobs. The single flag you saw was probably an owner-operator who owns his own truck/business. The millions of drivers working for trucking companies don't have the freedom to do as they wish.

This is a good chart. I've been trying to add up the numbers, but this shows it better.

The vote count for Trump is essentially the same for 2024 as 2020. Trump supporters will always vote except when Trump tells them not to vote mail in. Some die, some children become of age, the population increases. All vote counts should increase somewhat, all other things being equal.

Same thing happened in Georgia. The Trump vote counts essentially the same, Harris votes were significantly below Bidens in 2024.

I interpret this to mean that many Democrats sat this one out. Back to normal.

People were dying of Covid during the 2020 campaign season. The country was in chaos. The Democratic turnout operation here in Georgia was massive. Volunteers rang my doorbell on 5 occasions reminding me to vote. This year one lone person came by.

I even got a personal "hand written" postcard encouraging me to vote... yesterday, after the election.

Suspiciously the postmark was from California. I don't appreciate that. I haven't a clue who the person "signing" it might be. It wasn't partisan, but these "hand written" mailings are pretty smarmy. I doubt anybody falls for that, so why bother? How dumb do they think people are?

I worked at GM Assembly in 1973, and they liked to eat too, but we still went on strike. I just think we have changed too much to keep going, I also think we may be in the end times, although I know you don't discuss religion, me either usually.
I'm just frustrated now anyway. I see what they are doing to our innocent kids in schools, how unfair and indoctrinated our children have become. Parents now on terrorist watch list!

The Rio Grande Valley of Texas, where I lived for twenty years, is made up of people who primarily speak English as a second language. I was the only non-Hispanic living in the last city that I lived in there. Yet, the Rio Grande Valley voted Trump a few days ago.

But, will Trump be able to keep his campaign promise to do the deportation? And, we he be able to stop the high influx of immigrants from other countries who want into America and will try to get in any way they can?

There are lots of Americans that don't care how many immigrants come into America and want to protect the ones, legal and illegal, that are already here. Just like a number of pro-immigrant agencies that say they will do everything they can to protect those that are here........again, both legal and illegal.

With many of Trump supporters holding signs that read "Trump Will Fix It", they question is, can he. All of us sure hope so, but..........
