Gonna get down to the upper 20s tonight, and the teens most of next week. I get tired of messing with firewood until the weather turns cold. Then I'm glad I have it.

The bitter cold has been delayed. They are now saying it will be windy and that will keep the temps in the 20s. Who knows?

Nice and cool 24 deg C with a chance of 1 mil of rain, the farmers here are the ones that really need the rain as feed for stock is hard for them to get at the moment.

One millimeter of rain isn't much, but I guess if you need it it is better than none at all.

Temperature rapidly dropping now. We went to be with 24 F. and woke to +8 F. It is now -4 and still dropping. It is unusual for the temperature to be dropping so fast after the sun has risen. I wonder how low it will go? Tomorrow is supposed to be the cold night now..

I looked up record lows for Florida and they were nowhere near 5F, wonder why we remember it being that temp? I'm going to check it again.

Now I'm aware we lose some memory, but not aware we add things to it. This makes me feel bad since I am sure we got into single digits here a while back.

Most of plants we have now are just Cana Lilies, others in flower beds we never cover up. no vegetables.
I'd like to open back up greenhouse but it cost so much to keep it warm. It would be worth it if we grew veggies in it, but we haven't for a few years now,
