CVS just called to see if I want the flu shot. "No, not this year." Then he asked about the COVID vax. "I don't do that stuff." He thanked me and hung up. I thought healthcare costs were out of control. Why the telemarketing campaigns??? I wonder what they get paid to inject the unwashed masses.
Our advantage plans have always included an OTC benefit and we used that to buy vitamins, as well as other emergency products like bandages and even mosquito spray. So, while they do not actually push vitamins, they do make it easy to get them. Before, they had a catalog so you could just order the it’s vitamins, but this year, they are just giving us a card that we can use to spend on otc items instead of shipping them out from the company.

I miss Betty White. Regarding gelatin...it used to be made from horse hooves. I guess pigs & cows are lower on the social scale in western societies.
