Do you have one? Are you going to put one?

    This was mine:

This was the insignia of a virtual game character named 'Second Life.' it's not about that I'm a fan or playing this online game. 'Second Life' simply coincide with my being a stroke survivor. The Almighty God has given me another chance in life and I am bound to make it worth until He takes it back for good.

Glad you told us, didn't know what your avatar was. Congrats on surviving a stroke.

Mine is an angel that I use on most forums and have for awhile. But this is a brighter version of one I had on here before. But it's the same angel. Always use this one, it's become me.

    Besides that I collect angels.

I love the character of Atticus Finch, I love the movie To Kill a Mockingbird, and I love the book To Kill A Mockingbird. Oh, and I also like old movies.

I'm a miniature angel collector too! They are all over my place. I don't know but it has become a habit of mine when I can still walk and was doing office work that wherever I go and whenever I see an angel image I would stop and stare at it and bought those I will like. I like cherubs most but I sure do like the leader of the flock - Michael, the Archangel. And I truly believe in them as much as human angels truly exist. There are still lots of them around. ;)

The @Amie would not work. Tried 10 times. So, we must suffer the collateral damage imposed by technology failure.

A stroke is a devastating occurrence, at worst, and a most frightening one at best. My wife still denies having had a TIA. Yet, she is fully aware that for 20 minutes or so, she blabbed gibberish to me.

My Avatar? A stab at sneaking back to a much happier time, my youth and appearance enhanced by the endless hours of weightlifting and care ful attention to diet. I believed in myself, then, felt my life was as complete and fulfilled as it could be. I was in Heaven! A wonderful life. Living in the place of my dreams, Las Vegas, gorgeous custom home I contributed to building, gorgeous, sexy young wife, on my way to finally fulfilling the dream of obtaining an Engineering Degree.

The house of cards collapsed. Devastated (to say the least), I wanted to die. My Mother intervened, moved out to Vegas from Chicago, supported me through that most mentally devastating time, and I succeeded in finishing college at UNLV. After that, it has been a hodge-podge of existence, often prompting me to question the veracity of all those efforts to finish college.

So, there's my avatar. Taken high in the mountains near Susanville, CA. I was 33. On top of the world!

Since then, the world has somehow slipped out from under me. Frank

Mine is just me in the better days of about 2009. I'm on a patio with a bunch of guy and the beer is flowing. I still look like that, only 50+ pounds lighter.

Family and Love. That's what mine means. I am all about Family and sharing Love. The Family of God and my earthly Family are what Love means to me.

Nice patch in there @ Gary! To be honest, I've never been on a yacht even when I can still walk, roam around and travel on air or sea. I've been on a passenger ship several times alternately with air travel on my business travels for the major ports here in Philippines when I was an Accounting Consultant for a computer software company who did the computerization of all the ports all over the country. That was the most enjoyable work and pleasure travels I and my team had which made us see the different beautiful places here in the Philippines. :)

Yes indeed Frank! Stroke is a dreadful disease. But, I've learned to accept it and learn from it.

You look great in that snapshot Frank and of course, the feeling and memory were priceless.

You seem to enjoy so much from the looks of that snapshot Ike.
I hope you're now off or in moderation from the booze @Ike. Not much goodness from such drinks. Not that I'm no social. I just don't like the taste of beer or any alcohol. Even if they say there are health benefits from them. Red wine and champagne on occasions but I'd prefer water or juice instead. hahaha...

Yes, I'm drinking nothing but water or coffee these days. Can't remember when I last had a drink. Probably was about the last time I ate much real food.:)

Mine is for my love of Cheetahs - I love all animals (although crocs and alligators, well I need more persuading)
The Cheetah is a survivor left to fend for herself and take care of her young 'uns against terrible odds, I admire her so much
