For me spirituality is being at one with yourself, being comfortable in your own skin and not having to prove to others what or who you are. I take the view that when I die, if people can say yes of me to the following questions, Was he well loved? and, Did he love well?', then there is nothing more I could have done with my life. It matters not one jot how much money I've made or how far up the career ladder I've climbed, without love there is nothing. I would include love of nature, the world we live in and the preservation of both, for we hold them in trust for our children. I'm very much swayed by Corinthians 13:4-8 and I wish we lived in a world that shares those values.
