As if we do not have enough of them, there isn’t anyone on this planet who hasn’t said, “there should be a law”. Alas, even though there should be a law, there isn’t and we feel somewhat helpless because we know way down deep that there will never be one. (Whew! Maybe there should be a law against long sentences) Well, here’s your chance for your voice to be heard. There’s a potential of about 500 or so million people who might read your various annoyances and take it to heart and propose your thoughts to the powers that be. It could happen! Or not. If you could make it a law it would be.....?
The reason I can't think of one Bobby, is because as 'laws' go - we're covered but they just don't work ! Its probably the implementation that's really at fault. There was a time (not that long ago) that Teddy Boys would respect the police and pull their head in if one was spotted, whatever the equivalent of the Ted is today, he will beat up or stab the officer. I blame drugs for most of the crime that goes on but - we have a law against drugs, don't we

@Chrissy Cross Teds were a response to the Rock n Roll era They wore bootlace ties, drainpipe jeans and long jackets with a Tony Cutis hairstyle Teddy girls, wore the flared skirts for Rock n Roll dancing
I would make a law that anyone found guilty beyond a doubt of selling hard drugs to young kids would be summarily taken out and shot. If he didn't die, he would be shot again.
I would make it a law that guilty beyond any reasonable doubt of murder, a perpetrator should pay with their life!! Not wait 25 years on death row.. ( no death sentences in the Uk unfortunately)... but if the proof is beyond any doubt then the guilty party would be taken to the death chamber and killed immediately , just as a rabid or viscous animal would be after it has attacked!!
Congress has to live with the same laws and benefits as the rest of us. It was intended by the Founders to be that way, but they didn't think elected officials would be so callous as to create a special class for themselves, or that we would tolerate them doing it. They were wrong on both counts.
It should be against the law and enforced, that people with Dementia are not filmed for profit, as in commercials, and not put on display in any way. In a local commercial, an elderly man who clearly has dementia, is peering into the camera at very close range. A group of people are tossing a beach ball, and one lady looks confused. They deserve to be treated with dignity and their privacy protected.
It think they should outlaw these bright white headlights on cars. Maybe they are great for the driver of the car, but not everyone else on the road. I've not yet been tailgated by one at night. I wonder if it is as annoying in your rear view mirror.
I would make it a law that anyone caught and identified as being the driver in a hit-and-run incident in which the victim was killed, shall be executed immediately upon apprehension, with all due process denied. Hal
I would make a law stating that no member of Congress can serve for any more than 4 years just like our President and that they can be fired from their elected position during those 4 years if they are not doing the job we elected them to do.
It should be against the law to start the Super Bowl if there is a question regarding the outcome of the playoffs due to a bad call by an idiot referee.
