The reason he's not charged with obstruction is that there is no crime being charged. No crime equals nothing to "obstruct."
So I guess the Mueller report is off the table for meaningful discussion also. Maybe it would be simpler to start by listing some facts we can all agree on, and go from there.
The original reason for investigation was to determine if Trump colluded with the Russians regarding the 2016 election. The result was there was no collusion. As Beth Gallagher posted the result was No Collusion. No Collusion equals no crime. No crime equals no obstruction.
The only facts are that, despite their best effort, they were unable to find evidence of Russian collusion on the part of the Trump campaign. The rest is simply anti-Trump, Democrat campaign rhetoric, to give CNN something to talk about. But that should be no surprise, given that it was compiled by anti-Trumpers. The fact that a bunch of left-wing Democrats and anti-Trumpers have bad things to say about Trump is not really newsworthy.

It is possible to have obstruction without a crime, but it is very difficult to prosecute. Even Rob Rosenstein, the one who started the investigation concluded there was no obstruction...but that is all the Dems have to hold onto.
For all their bluster, I am hearing that not a single Democrat has gone to the secure room where they could read the completely unredacted copy of the Mueller Report, which the Department of Justice has made available to them almost from the beginning.
