Oh great! Now @Joe Riley has turned my thoughts to frilly baubles and lacy hearts. And chocolate. Always chocolate. Hmmmm.... it's still a month away, so I have time to plan my theme meal. I always have fun with that including pink mashed potatoes and usually something like a heart-shaped meatloaf. Your graphic, though... that makes me very sad. It reminds me of one of our squirrels... I think I was talking about Earl in a post here a few days ago. We found him (or one of his friends... how would I know?!) frozen solid in the yard last night. I'm not sure why he was still out and about... don't they hibernate? But for whatever reason, it wasn't a nice thing to have to see. We had an unseasonably warm week last week, so that's all I can think of... that somehow it brought him out of hibernation. But anyhow, back to Joe's thread... what will the rest of you be doing for 14 Feb.? Nothing here except the special menu.
It's just another Day for me Mari. I usually send the 3 little grandsons a small treat or toy via Amazon but the older ones are past that age. I may get a Happy Valentine's Day Grandma from the younger ones but that's about it and that's a hit or miss probably depending on my DIL.
