I learned that the time change somehow justified me eating TWO dinners. This evening, I'm feeling like a cow.
You are just on the border of a GENIUS mind Shirley!!!!!! I have no idea how you calculated it all out.
They say you lose an hour of sleep when going on Daylight Savings, but you gain it back when changing to Standard Time. NOT ME! I GAIN an hour of sleep BOTH times! Hal
@Hal Pollner there was a time that I believed that but no longer. Our bodies just naturally adjust to the days getting shorter or longer. Of course if you want to believe you lost or gained an hour sobeit.
I think if a person is retired, they can make it work however they want to. The last couple of days, half my clocks are one way and half the other. I sort of pick and choose which one I prefer at any given time.
I learned the day after time change, i must be getting to be more like bears and want to hibernate with these short days. No fear.... only 46 days till the shortest day of the year, after that may consider exiting the hibernation thing.....My daily learning tacks are still in pause mode. .
