I'm thinking this should be as simple as possible allowing for edits and additions. Unless the Help Request section is going to be removed it is always there that's its purpose.
I'm thinking that before the final click when joining the group, you must read the FAQ. You click accept and you are in. That could save questions later.
There will probably still be a Help section, since that's where we'll get the ideas for future additions to the FAQ but, rather than long, and sometimes changing answers, there would be an updated one in the FAQ that we can refer to.
Yeah, I rarely read all that stuff regardless of the forum or merchandise site. One day, I may get tripped up in that.
