I don't associate with those people; they are too rigid and judgemental. Sad to live one's life always judging others. The very basis for America is freedom, so why shouldn't people express it.

From whatever source, it's all propaganda in the sense that they all have some bias or agenda to promote. I've not seen any reasoned analysis of news, one reason being that such analysis would be simply too long to fit into a short, or even not so short 'news program. I get my news from multiple sources, left, right and middle and don't buy any of it offhand. Eventually one realizes that one's opinion of what's going on is just that- opinion. You might more or less justify some interpretation but most often you can't 'prove' anything.
Real close Frank. The topic is about things ya have to put up with and the OP backs that up with things he has to put up with. I in turn, tried to reference all of that without saying anything about the dern subject of tattoos coming up once again, and again, and again........
then change your mind behavior Mr Ward. It can be done. Your alone and sickly-but not dead yet-for a reason. find something you like-anything and focus on that. No tv ..wow good and bad me thinks. But you do need an outlet of some sort. and n the meantime you keep up with us on here.. gloom doom and all-- we can help
Gloria, why do you think no TV could be a bad thing? The internet has more and better entertainment and real information, even if that good information is almost buried under a lot of bad. I have good ad blocking so that I'm not bothered with the thing that so annoys me about TV. My too-great dependence on the internet for getting through my day concerns me but why do you think TV is of any value? Your advice at first bothered me greatly and I regretted sharing so much personal information. I don't like being told what I need to do and it isn't like me to seek support from others.. But after a while I understood that what you said is not only largely true, but that it was offered with good intent and kindness. Thank you for your concern... .
@Dwight Ward I was merely thinking that with tv you have options. But if you use internet that is fine. 98.8 of our tv is British Canidian and Austrilian tv. Way better than Americian tv..And a born and bred Texan, so that says a lot. I was also making suggestions not telling you to do anything.
