Until recently, I bought into the "Saving the World for Democracy" line without thinking. Since I have been studying some history during the "pandemic", I have been wondering if it didn't accomplish anything more than killing lots of people. China ended up in a dictatorship soon after the defeat of Japan. Poland and most of Eastern Europe ended up under a dictatorship. I guess France was saved from the blunders of their own military planners, only to become a thorn in the side of the other Western democracies. Britain kinda stepped out of the system when they voted in a Socialist government at the end of the war, and the U.S. was set up to accumulate unimaginable debts over the next 80 years.

I know this may ruffle feathers, but what is your opinion?

Feathers need to be ruffled - millions are dying, billions will die, not ever knowing the truth of what happened and why.

Good to see you are seeking the truth about something, step by step , eh? Good to see whenever anyone is seeking to find the truth,

instead of believing what was sppon fed to everyone, lie upon lie upon lie for generations.

Yes, the debt you metion was planned for centuries. The plan for the covd reset of the world was planned probably about 1972, or earlier. Someone posted the plans online.. maybe on this forum. The wars were intended to change the financial picture of the countries, the world, and the citizens, (and not in favor of the people, rather though they might seem to benefit, while losing the truth, losing their soul, being tricked wholesale.) ...

Notice that dictatorships are possibly less dangerous than (so-called) democracy(-ies)). People are more likely , it seems, to trust a democrary (so-called), than a dictatorship, for better or for worse - not checking the facts, not challenging the 'regime' deception of democracy.

Well, who can challenge it, anyways? Who cares about it enough to even try to find the truth about it all , knowing they cannot change it nor do anything about it other than in their own life ?

It is very much easier to go with the crowd, though arm in arm to destruction and all the while deceiving and harming many others, wittingly or unwittingly.

That was my first thought as well. Not sure that war "accomplishes" anything, but I'm glad we're not goose-stepping these days.

Compared to today's medical powers and governments !? Correct. They 'grew' along with or out from that root system of control, power, greed, corruption, and so forth ,
into the worldwide reset system today - affecting billions more than hitler ever did, and pretending to be 'nice', or even 'honest', while being totally deceptive.

It is all totally understandable when it is realized how totally and completely corrupt the world is.

Everyone from birth , even maybe from conception, on, is taught that way of thinking, without thinking.

Once someone, anyone, starts thinking on their own, they are cast out, vagabonds, rejected, blasphemed, pummeled, and so forth.

WW 2 helped create enough new weaponry and technology to kill, maim and terrorize even MORE people in the next war.

Actually things are far far far far far worse than even I have indicated. Any specifics you need or seek are available online. I've given only a few hints at how bad it is, and that other poster has posted many with links / videos / likewise.

I suspect none of this will bother any of us too much. Perhaps some of the newer
generations coming along will need to fix things to their liking. But many of us are
so far along all we can do is talk about the good of yesteryear, the bad of today,
and the ugly things about to happen. Or maybe in some other sequence. Perhaps
we will live again to see what happens, huh?

It prevented me from having to learn Japanese. English is tough enough.

And I reckon you'd get a bit stronger response from the relatives of those at Pearl Harbor in 12/41.

I was just referring to the end result, not specific issues. Hitler was a very bad man, but it now looks like Stalin was even worse, although he targeted Jews, he did not do so with such an organized program. Stalin executed many more people than did Hitler in the end, many of whom were his own population. The Japanese were also worse than Hitler, and I agree aabout the families of those who died at Pearl Harbor, but in many ways, what happened at Pearl Harbor, and subsequently in the Philippines, were our own fault. We received many warnings about Japanese aggression towards Hawaii, but the decision makers here didn't believe them. McArthur certainly knew he would be targeted by the Japanese, but did nothing to prepare for aggression.

Principally, I was talking about dictatorship and subjugation. The war supposedly was fought to maintain freedom, but most of the populations ended off worse after the war than before it was fought. It seems to me that all the loss of life and destruction of property was for nothing.
