Another computer hack has attacked the U.S. and Australia. 20% of U.S. beef production has been taken off line by hackers. Hackers learned from the pipeline hack that we were an easy target since the pipeline company quickly paid the ransom. The White House says it was "most likely based in Russia" but since they have invested so much effort into making Russia a bad guy (while still supporting THEIR pipeline) and taking attention away from China, I think they are just trying to make use of the propaganda they have out their. Hackers know that Russia has open servers, and use them to make untraceable hacks. Somebody may be using these hacks to apply diplomatic pressure behind the scenes.

I smell a rat, particularly given that a large part of the progressive agenda is to force people to quit eating meat, and particularly beef, and Democrats always do their best to bring gas and oil prices up.

I totally agree with this, and wondered the same thing myself. We know that Bill Gates has been buying up farmland in the United States, and he also owns the beyond meat company (or one of them) as well .
Just like people panicked about a gas shortage, there will probably be a run of people hoarding meat. If there is a shortage of beef, then pork and chicken will be bought out as well.
I just ordered a box of toilet paper from Sam’s Club, so I am all prepared for that one if they create another shortage there.

Our beef production plant in Greeley, CO is having problems. It's all over our local/state news.

Not sure how the laws work in CO, but could ranchers hire knockers and butchers and store in common-owned freezer factories? In Canada, I remember when working on a farm, knocking day and butchering day. Why deal with multinationals?

If President Trump was still president, this hacking would be brought to a screeching halt. He would pick up the red phone and say, "Putin, old boy, this shit better stop right now ." Putin would send his people to the hackers and they would disappear, never to be seen or heard from again.

They know that Biden is weak and won't do anything about it.
