Ok, but those folks buying the tats don't have to look like state/federal prisoners or gang members. I have watched a show on tv about men and women in prison, and, for some reason, the "looks" can be the same. I seen arrests, online, of those that done a murder, or whatever, with tats on their neck and arms. IOW, jail photo.

Today sure isn't like the "old days" of "I Love Mom" or a Navy anchor. Things have gone way, way beyond that.

But, "to each their own"..........I guess.

I shall not point out that both you and Mr. Fousnaugh get in a shot, and then decide we are returning to our program already in progress. Consider it not pointed out.

Here is an actual pic of the actual meal that Lon actually consumed yesterday evening...literally actually fer friggin' shure.

Notice the red orbs in their pre-digested state. Also notice the absence of sour cream on that baked potato. Doesn't that violate some sort of statute?

edit to add: You can tell this is a Tanner pic because of the included wine glass, albeit in a passing manner.

@Yvonne Smith Let the record show I threw a failed hail Mary in hopes of getting this thread back on topic.

And let the record show that said attempt was merely an effort to silence the other parties so she could get in the last word. A genuine effort would not have included any retort whatsoever.

I still have some left over tuna casserole. Do you need to see a picture of that?

Yes, but be sure to start a whole new thread with every meal you ever ate. No need to post on an existing thread I always say. :p

Just one thread per meal? I need a separate one for dessert and another one for the beverage. Nothing is worse than discussing cherry chocolate cheesecake and dry white generic table wine in the same thread after an exhausting discussion on flank VS round steak and arugula VS swiss chard and what kinds of vinegar and oils to dress them with.:p

I've cooked my fair share of Chinese food, and have eaten tons of it. I had a job on the far outskirts of the DC suburbs in the 80s (it's since become a little city), and the only lunch options were 7-11. Wendy's and Golden Dragon. So it was Golden Dragon about every day of the week. Sometimes my boss and I would drive 5 miles up the road to his favorite Chinese restaurant (there is so much variety you can't really get tired of it.) That was when I learned to eat with chopsticks...I worked there for 6 years and got lots of practice.

    ps: I'm a Horse.

We do stir fry sometimes, but we have reduced the frequency since my wife discovered that she has an intolerance to rice. Sad, huh?

    That stinks.

I have a steel hand-hammered wok, and finally discovered the Holy Grail of having a screaming hot wok at home:

The wok fits in there perfectly, and the moment it hits those hot coals, it is glowing red and smoking like a big dog. I've yet to make a support ring to hold it just above the coals so I can get extended cooking time out of it (right now it sits directly on the coals and suffocates them), but it gets screaming hot long enough to do a perfect main dish and the side veggies.

She doesn't tolerate any grain. She can eat soba if we can find the totally buckwheat ones, but all I can find have wheat. She can eat sweet potato noodles and ccasava noodles if we can find them too. Her selection of carbs is very limited.
