We need a "Do you know what this acronym means?" thread. We can start with creamed chipped beef on toast...which would be a reasonable SHTF prep if the real thing made from real dried beef (instead of Buddig Chipped Beef lunch meat) weren't so nasty. The only thing that could make it worse would be to use dry milk to make it. Then it would literally live up to its nickname.

Thank you. That was quite interesting. Since it has no side effects, I wish it could have been recommended to a couple of young men I knew who were battling mental illness and could have benefited.
