    They may say that, @Faye Fox but I assure you that if someone offered them a magic wand that they could wave and be thinner, they would jump on it like a duck on June bug.

    I eat way less now than I did when I was in my 20s and 30s, and I eat much healthier than I did then. Still, until I was in my mid-30s, it didn't matter what I ate or did, my weight stayed within five or ten pounds of 140. Now, I have to struggle not to let it reach 240.

    The people who really have a problem are not the ones who are considered over or underweight, but the people who shame them knowing full well that that sentiment will reach that person. Some people just can’t zip it.
