Is it just a manufactured crisis to make Brandon look strong in the midst of his failing pole numbers with the media being complicit by spreading false information? I don't trust any of it. Things are hardly what they seem anymore.

Due to Russia's actions, as interpreted by the Biden Administration, the price of oil goes up. Russia sells oil, and we no longer produce it at the levels we once did. It's not hard to see why Putin isn't worried about US sanctions.

If that was the intent, it's flaming failure. He looks more weak, feeble , and feebleminded than ever. I still think it's to deflect attention from the crisis at the border and inflation.

So, let’s do a little math.
There are a couple hundred thousand Russian soldiers at the border and 40 million Ukrainian citizens most of whom are apparently armed with around 250K of that 40m presently in their military.
The government has opened up the armories for those without weapons and are openly training those who do not know how to operate said weapons.

In other words, if Russia can’t accomplish a first strike surrender then Putin’s army is going to have their butt handed to them in a very bloody conflict.
It’s already known that Russia can’t sustain a weeks or months long campaign and Putin knows that which again tells me that Biden nor Putin really care about human life.

And….as has already been stated, the only part Biden has in this whole affair is to have yet another summit with Putin just to make Biden look better to the American public because even Biden knows that Russian will invade Kiev with or without sanctions.
For some reason, I really believe that Biden is shooting for the Nobel like his mentor Obama.

Putin already stated way back before he became Russia’s President that he wanted the countries that split from Russia to be brought back under one government and as President he would attempt to do just that.

And just as a side, he also said that Alaska was illegally sold to the U.S. and he wants that piece of property back too.

A large-scale invasion of Ukraine has never made sense to me. Why would Putin want to deal with an unruly populace, guerilla warfare and all that entails? He knows what happened in Afghanistan to the Russian forces? A small incursion into largely Russian-speaking territory does make more sense, but I think he wants to get the point across that he won't tolerate NATO in Ukraine and wants to point out how weak the U.S. is under Biden's so-called leadership. We'll see....

I wish someone would worry more about our own borders than Ukraine's borders.

From Putin's declarations today, it resembles even more strongly the pre-WWII buildup of Germany. He has recognized the breakaway "republics" within Ukrainian territory as independent nations and has offered them military assistance, thus making it appear to his domestic media as military assistance, not invasion. According to some analysts, this was set up initially by the Obama administration allowing the occupation of the Crimea with no real consequences and Europe continuing to become even more dependent on Russian energy sources (as well as the U.S. now under Biden) then followed by the disastrous surrender in Afghanistan showing total ineptitude and weakness. Russia will set it off, and China and Iran will follow. I still don't think this will be a real invasion, but a takeover of territory a la the Sudetenland in 1938. In one short year, we have lost control (or surrendered control) of our own borders, lost energy independence, lost control of the Middle East, surrendered in Afghanistan, and we are about to lose Ukraine, and Taiwan. I don't think we will be in real war at this point, but we are headed for a war we cannot possibly win.

One of the alternative news website had this on their page. It is suggesting that Putin is not actually trying to invade the Ukraine, but to get rid of some of the bad guys who are there to help with Biden and Obama’s dealings there.
Most of the alternative media seems to think that the whole Ukraine invasion is simply Biden trying to distract from what is happening here and in Canada; and we know that he has financial dealings in Ukraine.

The downside is that all that info will be used to blackmail Biden until he is out of office.

It probably already has been being used. However, if it all comes to light, then it will not be usable for blackmail after that, and will just help show the world what Biden (and company) are actually doing in Ukraine.
There are so many different versions of what is actually happening in Ukraine, that it is hard to tell what is true and what is not. Some reports say we are about on the verge of war with Russia, and other reports say that Biden is just promoting a non-happening for reasons of his own.

Yep, that is true of so many things now. The media--both mainstream and social are being used by all sides to manipulate public opinion and the way people think. Again, in all my analogies to the Nazi era, it is the same techniques they used with different means. We have more than radio and newspapers.

Sadly, Putin is more likely to tell us the truth than Biden or our news media.
