I made an Italian Cream Cake today. I’m going to slice it and flash freeze the slices; wrap the individual pieces and freeze.
Fried potatoes. Sliced thin, skillet fried in bacon grease, with just salt and pepper. They were SO good. I don't usually cook these because they have a million calories, and take too much time to slice. I finally got the hang of thin slicing, faster than a snail. It could be the type of potato that turned out so well. A hint of sweet.
Was heating this up that I made for lunch a few days ago and froze, and thought I would put it in this thread, strange; the last time I was here on April 1st, I was eating the same thing. I will cook something different the next time that I put something up.
My daughter made these owl cupcakes for my granddaughter yesterday for her birthday. She used oreo vanilla and chocolate cookies for decorations, also mm's.
Barbeque chicken breast and garlic toast. I did get the 5 burner stove I wanted, I finally got Marie to give in. The thing is Home Depot told me it was propane ready and it was natural gas ready. They lied, but they did give me the propane fittings to make propane, so works great after I changed them out. Was black sutt on all our pots in the beginning and smelled bad for a while.
I know, lol, I go back sometimes and look at the food photos and get hungry. It does sometimes help me decide, what I have a taste for.
