That's what we're having today. I've got some leftover roast in the freezer so I'll make some steamed carrots and mashed potatoes to go with it.
It's a beautiful warm sunny day today, so we are going to grill some T-bone steaks and have baked potatoes and roasted asparagus.

Sounds like me... I eat weird stuff. I think if I didn't have my husband to cook for, I'd nibble all day instead of cooking. I just had a handful of pretzels, a spoonful of hummus and 5 radishes.
nibbling suits me many days, rather then meals, so I can appreciate your pretzels, hummus and radishes
Sounds delicious! I tend to have the tinned spaghetti, or if I'm cooking from ingredients I use the long dried spaghetti, and have tomato meatballs or Ragu tomato sauce with it.
