I'm going to make some beer battered onion rings today, I make a lot so I can munch on them all week. I use a ;little extra eggs to lower carbs ingredients.
Just replace usual liquid with beer.

I haven't in a couple months, but we found onions on sale, so I bought a couple bags, now I can make more of them.

I don't usually make deep fried foods...not because I don't eat them, but because doing that stuff in a frying pan is kinda messy.

So how long do those keep, @Marie Mallery?
    How do you reheat them?
And where's the recipe (or at least the general instructions?)
You using Vidalias? (I wonder if folks in other regions even know what Vidalias are.)
