The Bush arm of the Texas Republican Party conspired with Democrats to impeach the Attorney General of Texas as a revenge act for defeating George P. Bush in an election. It passed the House without an investigation, but when t got to the Texas Senate for trial, it was nearly laughed out of the chamber.
