An interesting thing has come out in the news. Apparently, someone reported a paddleboarder who had drowned in the water, and the 911 call came from the Obama residence.
There are several news articles about this happening, and some conflicting information, such as whether the person was or was not wearing a life jacket, and whether he actually drowned or was already dead when put into the water.
The water was about 8 feet deep where they found the person, said to be a black male in his 40’s, and there might have been an additional person involved.

We have seen pictures of Obama on a paddle board, but at this point, they are just staying that the death is being investigated, and not whether Obama is thought to be involved.

How right you are, @John Brunner . The man who died was Obama’s Sous Chef, and someone posted a newspaper clipping about Clinton’s chef also drowning a short distance off the trail when he was out hiking.
    Interesting coincidence, for sure.
Since the man was an accomplished paddle-boarder, and was wearing a life jacket, and was not even out in deep water, it seems unlikely that he would suddenly drown.

It is now coming into the news that the Massachussets State Police told the family of Obama’s chef (Tafari Campbell) that Obama was a person. Of interest in the death, which implies that the death was not considered accidental.
His family is now saying that Tafari was in the process of writing a book about working for the Obama’s, and when his laptop was returned to his family, it had been completely wiped clean of whatever Tafari had written.

Obama must have consulted with the Clintons.

It never creases to amaze me how conclusions are reached and theories are proposed alleging wrongful death, when the evidense lacks in all the elements of wrongful death.

The official report by the investagating authorities and the medical examiner, agree with the many witnesses. The man lost his balance and fell off his paddleboard. He wasn't wearing a life vest and didn't have the paddleboard strap attached to his ankle. He struggled to stay above water, but went under before another paddleboarder could reach him.

The medical examiner found no sign of trauma to any part of his body.

He was in eight feet of water, which suffices for an easy drowning, especially with water temperatures that are reported to have been 72 in Edgartown Great Pond in late July, the time of the drowning.

As a retired forensics pathologist, my first question was the possibility that he suffered sudden vertigo. I ruled that out because of the fact that he was able to come up out of the water, head first, and struggle. A vertigo related drowning victim, would lack ability to distinguish up from down. We can rule out any malfunction of the heart or brain based on the fact that he struggled. A stroke or heart attack victim, would lack that ability. We can rule out any drug or alcohol overuse also based on the fact, that he came up and struggled.

As an avid longtime accomplished paddleboarder, I know the high possibility of losing balance due to water currents or wind. Failure to take basic precautions, especially in cool (below 80) deep water (defined as being over the head), was gross ignorance by this man.
