    Don no respectable southerner dislikes collard greens. It is a must in our fall garden.:D

    Sounds good, Don, I find that all the vegetables grow best when you control the temperature. You just have to stay on top of it. Hydroponics is a good way to grow, I've had good luck with it too. I grow tomatoes, bell peppers, squash, lettuce, cabbage, kale, collards, etc., pretty much anything we want even during winter.
