What are you doing up already?
I am having my breakfast now--3 or 4 cups of coffee (depending on how one defines cups) I will go down and work out a little (such as it is) and then have brunch--another cup before I go do chores.

That is me, too, @Mary Stetler . I am having my morning coffee (with A2 milk) and then we are going to the fitness center and I will swim and also sit in the hot tub since it is COLD this morning.
I pretty much always just have coffee for breakfast now so that my body can be in autophagy while I am swimming and then have lunch (main meal) when we get home.

Sometimes, if it is a non-swimming day, I make one of those easy almond-flax muffins to have along with my coffee. You can bake or microwave them.

Wife had a blood draw today--lipid panel--so I had bacon and eggs ready when she got home. Normally, we go out on such occasions but today was just too laid back.

I have a friend back in Idaho who raises Dexter cows, and she loves hers, too. (I wonder if I could convince the Huntsville authorities that if there was one in my back yard that she was only a pet ? )
Sometimes, i really miss living out in the country, where I had all kinds of livestock and chickens.

Mine was a Labrador Retriever. She would stop and herd me back into the barn to get me to scratch all her itches. I left for a week and had friends watch the farm. They told me they never would again. They were afraid of Bella. The head swinging and cornering her baby sitters was just to tell them where to scratch.:(
900 lb puppies can be a bit overwhelming.
You could always claim it to be a medical device as you need the special milk.;)

I had a Burger King breakfast burrito, wasn’t too bad. We had gone to our nearest Roy Rogers because they have pretty tasty breakfast platter. Supposedly open 7-10 but still closed, one person pushing around a cart, at 0715. So we went to another one a few more miles down the road. It was 0730 by now, same story, saw one person inside and doors locked. Both had signs of business hours starting at 0700. How about changing your stupid signs. On line said they were open at 0700 too.

Maybe they have been unable to hire staff to open at 7, but they should have changed the signs.
