My youngest son and family where visiting family from Georgia for the holiday. While the chaos was occurring I mentioned to him that I was tickled to realize my youngest grandson's birthday is February 2, 2022 (02/22/22). My husband was born December 7th (Pearl Harbor Day) just a few days from my birthday. Years ago, I made a really close friend at work, she was 15 years young than I am and from a different country, but we just clicked and planned our work days to be together-- one day I found out her birthday was December 7th. We have 3 December birthdays, one day apart. I always thought it seemed a little unfair both for the gift getters and the gift givers since Christmas comes the same month. We celebrate the birthdays by having a birthday meal out for all 3 of them together and the rest of us split the bill.

My second son was born December 31 a couple of hours before midnight. My hubby told the doctor that if he wasn't here before midnight, go in and get him so that he would count on our income tax for that year.
