Fresh steamed broccoli with egg and cheese ……..so healthy and delicious ……Poodle eats broccoli , too !
Working hard to make it through the holidays and stick to a healthy, low-carb eating plan, while still enjoying a LITTLE BIT of foods that i look forward to over this Christmas season.
(But if Santa brings an apple pie from Sam’s Club, we will definitely be having some of that over the holidays, too.)

More like broccoli mixed with scrambled eggs, I guess.
I steamed the broccoli, and then mixed up the eggs and poured that over the top and then put cheese over top of that, let it cook and then turned it over to brown the other side a little bit.
As I have often said….. I hate cooking….. Bobby is the family chef…..so most everything I make is quick and easy to do. Bobby makes omelets, and they are SO delicious !
I watched him, and I can do that; I just do not bother.

That sounds good. I like broccoli & cheese, but don't bother making a cheese sauce (I usually toss the broccoli with mac & cheese.) I've made asparagus & provolone cheese omelettes, so a broccoli one would make a nice change.

Two eggs (medium), two sausage links, two buttered toast and some hashbrowns (from yesterday's breakfast). And, one cup of Community brand coffee. Had to change brand of coffee due to Folgers was making my stomach upset (and I only have one cup in the AM). And, BTW, my breakfast cooked by me. Well, except for the hashbrowns.
