That table looks lovely, Lon. Did they decorate this year? My only decoration is the pretty flowers from my husband, and the heart-shaped box of chocolates I got for him.

Well, I am, "Not Romantic" so our table looks like it does every day. Actually this year is multi birthday day. My son, both our daughters, our SIL,(the guardsman) all have February birthdays, so they all were over for pizza and cake.

Bobby and I went out for a Valentine’s Day lunch that was also for his birthday dinner. We went to a Mexican Restaurant that we have never been to before. It used to be a Golden Corral until it was closed down for the pandemic, never to re-open again.
It sat empty for probably a year, and then the New Mexican Restaurant, Los Trojas , opened.
It is right across from Sam’s Club, but not close enough to us that we go that way very often; however, today we made the special trip there and really enjoyed our lunch together.

Bobby had a shredded beef chimichanga with all the trimmings and I had the chile rellano, with salad and refried beans.
They completely remodeled the whole restaurant after changing it over from Golden Corral, and the buffet was gone, and instead a huge long bar (for drinks) is there now. The decorations were very nice, too, so I took a photo of my dinner and the part of the restaurant we were closest to, to share here and on Facebook.

It's going to depend on "if" the South Point Garden Buffet does any decorating for Valentine's Day. We will be all "decked out", but don't know about them. Will still take a couple of photos.
