I think all governments should turn their concerns to the environment, instead of talking about 'climate change'. There is so much pollution and this is the cause of much of the diseases we suffer from. In Britain, there is a major house-building project. This means destroying the natural world...chopping down trees, removing plants and replacing them with bricks and concrete. They don't seem to be aware of how vital trees are to the air we breathe. Most of the commercial cleaning products are bad for the environment and sea-life. Many things should be banned. Of course, it all comes down to money. Building houses keeps people employed, even though many of the labourers are foreigners. Buying a house means getting a mortgage, so banks benefit from the interest, which in turn benefits the government. There are many houses sitting empty. They just need to be renovated. Presumably this would not generate money. The government has suddenly acquired thousands of houses which are to be used to house migrants. Yet many homeless British families are living in hostels, because supposedly, there is nowhere for them to live.
Similar to what's happening in the USA. Tens of thousands of homeless Americans while ILLEGAL aliens are put in hotels. Just maddening.
As I often post, the birthrates in your nation and my nation have been below Replacement Level for decades. Our populations would be shrinking were it not for immigration. Our governments no longer serve us (if they ever did.)
They are also using our national parks to house migrants. This is land they took, supposedly because it was so precious that it had to be protected, but the need to bring countless illegals into the country takes precedence.
I wonder if the increase in the number of homosexuals and 'trans' men has anything to do with it. Has pollution caused a low level of testosterone in men? Yes, there have always been homosexuals but not the large number there is these days.
The number of migrants far exceeds the number needed to replace the native population. The conflict in the Middle East is now showing the divisions in society. Allowing so many Muslims to migrant into Europe was a huge mistake and Britain is now feeling the effects. Muslims are trying to manipulate the Labour party into pandering to their interests. Anyone who has read the predictions of Nostradamus can see what this is leading up to. Forget about Russia.....we have opened the door and welcomed in our greatest enemy. Trump is an oddball but he is was right about this.
