Finishing off some split pea with ham soup I made yesterday. I'll bake a couple more of the biscuits-from-a-tube to have with it. Some blueberries I washed fresh then froze a while back for dessert.

That's a good choice. Most article say this: Ecuador and Peru are considered the best sources, using little to no chemicals and only a small amount of fish meal (powdered fish in feed.) Colombia, Honduras, Indonesia, Mexico, and Taiwan are good alternatives (there is some evidence that they may use illegal chemicals and may not be properly registered with the government.) Avoid tilapia from China.
Leftover roast chicken, so tonight I made chicken fajitas…..delicious…… and we are both full. A simple and healthy meal, and a few leftovers for the puppy dogs even. Time to order more fajita veggies !
