I have been outside and working in the yard and garden this morning, so waiting to have breakfast and making it a brunch today. I use my gardening chair, so bending over after breakfast does not work well for me.
I open them up and break up the hashbrown into pieces, then put the salsa on and roll it back up. Worst thing in the world for you but it is delicious! Not anything as good as my homemade breakfast burritos, but on the run it works.
I had a couple of fried eggs. I usually have cereal & fruit, but it was overcast and demanded something more substantive. Besides, I've been eating eggs more often since moving to an area where I can get fresh ones.
I know it isn't the best thing but pretty much every day I could just say Coffee. I get something later added in, some days. Sometimes nothing till lunch.
Yesterday Breakfast: hot spaghetti Lunch: warm spaghetti Dinner: room temperature spaghetti Late snack: cold spaghetti Today Breakfast: fried egg and cheddar cheese toasted sandwich
Several months ago I made banana pancakes so this morning used same recipe except with blueberries. Total flop. tried making it a flat cake- flop. So a few bites of utter flop cake and coffee.
Same as always, with rare exception: A bowl of cereal with strawberries,blackberries and blueberries.
