I picked up a two-pak of the Tyson pre-seasoned pork chops the other day for $5, and have one left over for dinner tonight. They are OK for what they are. Pretty expensive for pork chops ($6.75/#), but good enough for something you just throw in the oven for a fast meal.
I have a couple of NY strip steaks aging in the fridge. I'm going to grill them for dinner along with roasted new potatoes and sauteed fresh green beans.
Neither of us could finish our steaks this evening so I saved the leftovers to make quesadillas tomorrow.
