I am told that 30% of the U.S. GDP is now government spending. I don't know if that is true, but if it is, then all the borrowing to send money to Ukraine could be reflected in the U.S. GDP. It could be the double-edged sword of trying to rescue the election for the Democrats and lay a trap for Trump if they can't. If Harris should win (God forbid), the Democratic establishment will write her off as a one-termer. If Trump should win, the economy will be so bad and inflation so out of control that he won't be able to fulfill his promises.
I wonder how much Ukraine money went into the pockets of the Inner Circle (didn't Hillary set up a Ukraine Relief Fund?)
I am sure that much of the money we send ends up in the Zelenskyy "relief fund" to finance his mansion in the UK and other "causes". The weapons have been found on the black market as well, since there is no audit of the disposition of aid as there used to be.
