Anyone here tried it ? Have an opinion on it ? Had any success with it ?

Again, just thinking out-loud , asking questions.

I found a book about red and infra red light therapy on Amazon and it was on Kindle Unlimited, so i am reading it. It looks like there are a lot of health problems that can be helped with infrared light therapy.
It mentioned vision loss and macular degeneration, hearing loss, hair loss, as well as thyroid issues, skin problems, wrinkles, and arthritis pain.

I am still reading the book, but I decided to order one of the cheaper ones from Amazon and try it out. (46 second video)

Long ago I knew a chiropractor who used a similar system to the one shown on @Yvonne Smith's video, but it was in contact with the skin and I don't know what frequencies were used or how well it worked. He used it for osteo and rheumatoid arthritis patients and he claimed it brought relief. He claimed it heated deep into the tissue and was superior to heat packs or heating pads. I never talked with anyone treated with the system.

Here is the book I am reading, and it covers a whole lot of ailments that red and infrared light can help with.

...but I am always skeptical of therapies that claim to fix everything.

I don’t believe there will ever be a panacea but to me, if a therapy or whatever doesn’t harm someone, it might actually be doing some good even if it’s just a placebo effect.
Hopefully, the red light thing actually does something other than being a placebo.

Heck, with this doggone vitiligo I’ve been going through, it might even help regenerate some melanin cells.
I recently started a heavy regimen of vitamins that focus on skin maladies and it seems to be helping but like the infrared light thing, even if the regimen doesn’t do what I want it to, it might help in other ways.

As long as there is little risk as is the case with the light, the only issue would be the cost-benefit ratio. If you can afford to try something like this and don't mind wasting money if it doesn't work, it is good. If I could try some of those things and have a guarantee that I could get a refund if I saw no benefit, I would try a LOT of stuff. I do that with supplements. I don't get a refund, but the cost is generally a pittance compared to devices. I would love to try that Sauna Blanket thing advertised, but it costs a thousand bucks and I can't see risking that much when it might just be a big heating pad.

I probably tried everything a chiro had to offer me over probably 50 yrs of going to chiros... Can't hurt and just know arthritis is All Management.......

The other day a new PT gave me a treatment and he had a portable Thumper massager in his bag of tricks, I have had Thumpers used on my body by many chiros , he used his, felt GOOD.

My experience thus far has been good, for the most part. Some of it, it will take time to tell anything, like if it helps my thyroid. When I used the red light on my body and hands, it helped with finger arthritis stiffness , and I am able to close my hand much better than before. Some days it was hard to try and knit or crochet when my hands get really stiff.
I am going to send the light back because it is not as useful to use as it looked like it was supposed to be. The bulb is large and heavy, and when I hook the clamp on something the bulb just drops down and not where it is supposed to shine, so I have to hold it where I want to use it.

Bobby kept telling me that my daughter, Robin, had given us one of those lights, so we went hunting for it, and found it hiding in the bathroom cabinet. It works much better !
It is lightweight, and has a Velcro band that can be on or off, if you want to wrap it around your back or legs, and rows of little LED lights instead of a heavy bulb.
I can put it around my neck to help my thyroid or on my back for shoulders, and back and kidneys. It plugs in, but has a usb cord, so I have it plugged into Bobby’s power bank and that makes it portable to use anywhere, and then just charge up the power bank.

Bobby has ordered a different one that has a grid array for the lights and also a stand, so we can use that for full-body red light treatment. It should be here in a couple of days, and we are looking forward to trying that one.

Keep us posted on this @Yvonne Smith and @Bobby Cole . I am interested in how well this works to relieve pain, especially joint pain.

I have been using the Velcro band one in the mornings, because it is easier to position on my neck and shoulders, and at night, I lie on the bed and try to shine the big bulb one on my body to cover more area.
I especially have been putting my right hand in front of the lights, because of the finger arthritis in that hand, and it seems to be able to close up better.
Where I need it is on my hip, but it is hard to get either one there, but should be easier once the one with a stand arrives.
Even so, my hip does feel some better with just what I have been doing.

First let me explain, I was 'away' for some time due to the fact that the site S/O. would not recognize me . Now that I am back "in" I am reading these replies and appreciate all of them.

Appreciate any and all iR/red light therapy I can find.
