He drinks a fair bit of coffee imo ..when I say a fair bit …prob 5 cups a day …he’s not overweight but in my opinion he eats to much “rubbish” like chips ( dry ) a high pack from Aldi once a fortnight … think you call crisps …and biscuits and sweet biscuits he gets when we do shopping I cook our foods using as much fresh content as I can @John Nopales The thing is he developed this after the third covid shot , but he continues to get the latest shots despite me saying ..l be wary about getting any more ….….i refused any more after the third shot

DH is ok @Hedi Mitchell he’s still having mild attacks fairly often , the doctor just told him to take the tablets twice a day
He keeps having little attacks almost daily @Don Alaska he gets quite dizzy he has to hang into something if he’s standing yesterday we were out in the garden and he grabbed the wall of the back verandah and I said are you woosie again cause his face was white as well …
