I think that @Ken Anderson is the only one who can reset your avatar photo, @Marie Mallery . I cropped it down to more of a square and brightened it for Ken. Welcome back ! We have really missed you and @Jake Smith , and wondered what became of you both. Did you make it through the hurricanes okay ?
Ok thanks Yvonne, Ken had to put it up for me last time. I can't load it guess because its not from library.

Since Jake is able to upload photos, you might be able to change your avatars by having him sign into your account here with his laptop and put in the avatar for you ?
He uploads from his library, and some pictures are on Imgur. Imgur is one I have trouble with avatar photo. But thats ok no hurry at all. Thank you Yvonne.
The whole thing does not make sense to me, @Marie Mallery . You were able to upload the photo to the forum post, and it should upload as an avatar the exact same way. Anyway, I linked Ken to this thread, so when he can do it, he will get your new avatar uploaded for you. I can help with some stuff, but only the admin can do things like changing someone’s avatar. Maybe, if you save my copy of your photo, then it will be in your library, and then you can upload that one as your avatar ?
If I log on hers, with mine; it would take me to her library where she has no photos; and with her service provider, Windstream, it never worked right for her, and she has a hard time with it. Mine works better and is easier than hers. I've even had a hard time with hers, when I've helped her on things. She pretty much gave up on their email service and use of that library, long ago. I probably did a poor job of explaining myself, @Jake Smith . What I meant was that if you log into Marie’s SOC forum account instead of logging into your account here on the forum, then you would have all of your photo library in your computer (same as always) and you would be able to change Marie’s avatar in her SOC account just like you change your avatar or upload photos here. You would not be using her computer at all, or her photos, just your photos , so you only need to have the avatar photo that she want to use in your computer, and upload it while you are signed in on the forum with her forum “Marie Mallery” account. Then , once you have uploaded an avatar, you sign back out, and Marie can sign into her account on her own computer. Hoping this time it makes more sense,
Yeah you did good, both times explaining it. I will have to try it, and see; what I was thinking is that using mine logging into her account, it would take me to her library, it being her account. If it works the way you say then, that would work. I've never tried anything like that, and that's why I wasn't sure.
