An interview with a pollster (Rasmussen) was interesting. It showed Republicans turning out in early voting in greater numbers than ever before and new voter registrations up dramatically for Republicans in swing states. He had Trump taking the popular vote--something that hasn't happened for a Republican in a while--by up to 2% in addition to winning the Electoral College. Of course he admitted that this could all change and that polling errors do happen. Democrats are moving back to election day voting but the numbers are not completely known. Harris is polling much worse that Biden did against Trump.
I'll say again; after 2016 I will never pay attention to polls again. Not one single poll had Trump winning in 2016. Not one.
I agree with you but lately I think Trump is looking very tired..of course it is understandable but I am rather worried about him. My attention these days is a lot on Vance..What do you think of him? I really like him and think he could be the future of the party!
It is known that Trump outperforms the polls by 5% to 7%, so the polls that show things to be tied are taken to be a lead of 5% or more for Trump, but the media doesn't want to show that. The internals reflect that though and the politicians on the Left are worried. Trump is even closing in New York and New Jersey but he is not expected to win those states.
I think JD is impressive. He has made a couple of missteps (at least some things blown out of proportion by the MSM) but I love his demeanor. He doesn't get flustered or show negative emotion, plus he's intelligent and well spoken. I enjoyed reading his book, too.
I agree..I loved watching him debate Walz! He was soooo disciplined. I loved that. Interestingly he was interviewed and said he was very very nervious. It didn't show. I am also inplressed he is only 40! I didn't read the book but watched the movie on Hulu or was it Netflix...one of those. I really enjoyed it...
That is what I have thought too! I would like to see Nicki Haley run and be the 1st female pres. Vance is young..maybe a second-time VP? Has that ever happened? Would it be disadvantageous to be VP 2x?
I like Vance better all the time as we see more and more but the cat women comments never bothered me. I feel the same but probably would not have used cat woman. I would have said Karens instead but I'm not sure it would offend any less people. Vance is very intelligent and very, very good at comebacks. He's taken several MSM hosts down. He's as outspoken as Trump but less often offensive. So far, I would be happy to see him run as the next president. It's not wise to say never but that's pretty much where I am with Nikki Haley.
I totally can’t understand the thing about having a woman president ! I could care less if the president is male or female, as long as they are competant, have some idea how to run a country, and love the USA like President Trump does. If a woman were running that I thought could do all that, i would vote for her, but I can’t see voting for someone just because of their gender. Especially , nowdays, we don’t even seem to have genders anymore anyway. If it goes like women’s sports, then the first woman president will probably be a man pretending he is a woman. I guess the liberals would think that is even better……
Vance is soooo good with confrontational reporters..I love to hear him and laugh every time. I esp liked some of his takedowns of Dana Bash...
I'm the same; I don't see the point in having a woman just because she's a woman. It particularly grinds me that Kamala may be the first woman president when she wasn't even officially nominated by her party. That is just not right; kind of like a tranny competing in women's swimming and setting new records. Not his "record" to claim but the libs don't have a problem with it.
