10 Years Ago -- Rand Paul On Eliminating The D O E

Interesting clip; not many were listening then but maybe they're listening now. Does anyone actually know what the Department of Education does?

 

The dept of education has done nothing except collect a paycheck,imo.

DOE, good prefix, since the kids there are hunted down and indoctrinated.
I hope Trump gets rid of that department.

 

I happen to have a Democrat teacher friend who says the DOE basically makes paperwork/busywork for teachers, complicating their tasks. I was probably set up to have all American kids learning the same things. We all thought that meant reading, writing and 'rithmetic but that was bastardized over the decades. While the DOE became a bloated bureaucracy. Who decided to spell burocracey like that?!
