At 30 degrees, windy but sunny. So I bundled up thinking it may only get worse and I started putting away fall decor.
It is cold and has been in the teens and 20's for days. Today it is 35 degrees, cloudy, and windier than the dickens out! Blah!
Its going to be 102 deg F here today the rain clouds and rain just slipped down South of us here the last couple of days.
34 F. and cloudy. The predicted freezing rain and snow has not appeared yet, so perhaps it will not now. I have a lecture to attend tonight, so I hope the roads are good.
Beautiful for next few days, 77,79,then cold again. Hoping for rain, we are in a draught, no rain since Helene, not much then either, more wind than rain.
It's been weird. Yesterday was chilly, then when the cloud cover came in it got steadily warmer from yesterday afternoon all through the night and until 2PM today...and the temps are gonna plummet 30°. It also started drizzling/raining late yesterday evening and ain't gonna stop until late afternoon. It's just depressing.
Is that a humid 42°C or a dry 42°C? Here in the southern states during the summer, the weather forecasters provide the "humiture," which is sort of like Wind Chill but it's how hot the Temp+Humidity makes you feel.
43 F. and cloudy. It is supposed to cool off tomorrow when the wind changes from south to northeast. The entire state of Alaska is above freezing now I think and Anchorage set an all-time warm temperature for the date yesterday...but they have only recorded temps since 1917. We still have a good bit of snow but Wasilla is totally snow fee except for the snow piles in parking lots. The "city" didn't get as much snow as we did anyway.
