We know most of our issues in the US, but our media aren't telling us much about the deterioration elsewhere.

    Here's Canada.

What is being hidden from us about other countries?

Is the goal to try to make "America sucks" accepted as truth in the minds of its citizens?

What has happened in Canada is the blueprint the Left has for the U.S. America is behind Canada only because it is larger and the economy is larger. If Trump hadn't slowed the slide his first term, we would be close to where Canada is now. Every time you hear "tax the rich" or "make the wealthy billionaire pay their fair share", it is announcing the plan to destroy the economy. Lowering corporate taxes allowed many companies to return to the U.S. Tariffs on some foreign goods helped even the playing field. Lowering immigration raises wages for Americans, while unfettered immigration lowers wages for Americans. That leads to the call for raising the minimum wages, which then causes inflation. If you have been paying attention, all this has been happening under Biden. It is part of the plan to destroy America. I have heard it said that government spending is what is keeping the economy afloat, and that about 30% of the U.S. GDP is government spending, which is almost all deficit spending of inflated U.S. dollars. We can do that since we are the largest part of the world economy and hold the world's reserve currency. BRICS is threatening to undo our ability to export inflation in the way we have by sending dollars to foreign governments, thus building a mountain that will certainly collapse.

If Trump manages to put the American economy and government back on the right track and away form death, it will be a bit like going through chemotherapy to avoid dying from cancer. What the Military-Pharma-Industrial-political corruption network has done under the auspices of Progressivism to this nation is a deadly disease which will kill the country we love.

That Arkopia guy is really amazing if you have seen his greenhouse. I couldn't figure out what it was about until I clicked on it. I think it refers to a new Canadian law taking nearly all firearms away from Canadians. They first said they were going to send them to Ukraine, but I don't think anybody really fell for that, so now they are not giving any reasons. They are just outlawing guns of all kinds. I think it is semiautos/autoloaders like rifles and shotguns that they are now after.

1 in 20 deaths in Canada in 2023 were from medically assisted suicide.

The per-capita death rate by assisted suicide in Canada is greater than the per-capita death rate by guns in America.

People are being pushed into it. I think I posted a story on this forum a while back of a woman who went into the hospital seeking counseling for short-term depression, and she was told there was a shortage of counselors..."Perhaps you would like to talk to our assisted suicide folks." It's discussed in the linked article.
